We are in search of a proactive and meticulous People & Operations Manager to enhance our team. In this pivotal position, you will oversee seamless payroll processes, lead technical recruitment initiatives, refine onboarding and learning programs, and develop robust HR policies. The role encompasses the following key responsibilities:

Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle for both technical and non-technical positions, from developing compelling job postings and conducting initial screenings to orchestrating interviews and extending job offers.

Ensure precise and timely payroll processing while addressing any discrepancies that arise; work in close partnership with the finance team to maintain seamless operations.

Oversee the administration of employee benefits, including paid time off, leave policies, and insurance coverage, while ensuring accurate and up-to-date record maintenance.

Design and implement smooth onboarding processes while guaranteeing that all documentation, orientation sessions, and system access are finalized promptly and accurately.

Coordinate and facilitate learning and development programs by scheduling and delivering training sessions, maintaining training schedules, and monitoring both attendance and completion metrics.

Draft and revise HR policies, standard operating procedures, and employee handbooks while ensuring adherence to labor laws across multiple jurisdictions.

Maintain accurate employee records, address HR-related inquiries, evaluate HR performance metrics, and assist in ongoing process enhancements.

Maintain employee databases and conduct comprehensive analyses of HR metrics, including turnover rates, time-to-hire, and employee satisfaction, to derive actionable insights.

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required, along with at least three years of professional experience in the industry. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, as well as proficiency in industry-specific software tools. Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal, are necessary to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Knowledge of regulatory compliance and industry standards is a must. The ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment is critical. Candidate must be detail-oriented and possess a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

Seeking candidates with a minimum of five to seven years of specialized experience in Human Resources or People Operations.

Applicants are required to hold a valid Human Resources certification, such as CPM, CI HRM, SP HRI, or RCI.

Demonstrates a strong track record in overseeing end-to-end technical recruitment processes.

Demonstrates strong expertise in payroll systems and operational proficiency in HR systems.

Proven track record in orchestrating comprehensive onboarding and training initiatives to ensure seamless integration of new hires into the organization.

Exceptional interpersonal abilities and a cooperative disposition are essential.

Proficient in data analysis tools such as Excel and HR dashboards, coupled with exceptional attention to detail.

Proven expertise in labor legislation and employment compliance spanning at least two distinct jurisdictions.

Demonstrates strong prioritization skills in dynamic, rapidly changing work settings.

A background in consulting presents a valuable asset.
