Perform on-site evaluations at manufacturing plants and industrial sites to analyze client requirements and propose appropriate solutions.
To effectively position solutions, one must grasp product specifications, assess production capabilities, and identify technical differentiators.
Compose comprehensive quotations, technical proposals, commercial bids, and tender submissions with precision and thoroughness.
Direct responsibility for proposal formulation, pricing dialogue, contract negotiations, and finalizing agreements will be managed by the selected candidate.
Oversee protracted sales cycles commonly associated with industrial procurement, while simultaneously ensuring strict adherence to client technical specifications and applicable regulatory mandates.
Facilitate revenue growth by negotiating and finalizing new contracts, cultivating long-term supply agreements, and enhancing the value of current accounts.
Maintain precise CRM documentation, sales projections, and a robust sales pipeline to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
Diligently monitor tender opportunities, RFQs, and procurement cycles, while delivering comprehensive market intelligence reports on a regular basis.
Partner with production, engineering, logistics, and quality teams to align service delivery with both client expectations and the company’s operational capabilities.
Engage with key stakeholders at trade exhibitions, industry events, and manufacturing forums to represent the company’s interests and foster meaningful connections.
Seeking a candidate with a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and at least three years of professional experience, preferably in a similar role. Proficiency in industry-specific software and tools is essential, along with strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills. The ideal applicant will demonstrate the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. A proven track record of delivering results within deadlines is required, as is the capacity to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Familiarity with current industry standards and best practices is highly desirable.
A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Industrial Management, or a closely related discipline is required.
With a minimum of three to four years of demonstrated success in B2B sales or business development roles, preferably within manufacturing, industrial, construction, or production-driven industries.
Demonstrates a comprehensive grasp of manufacturing operations, supply chain dynamics, and industrial procurement frameworks.
Experience in preparing responses to tenders and Requests for Quotation (RFQs) is an advantageous qualification.
Demonstrated expertise in securing contracts and generating revenue growth.
Proven ability to negotiate effectively, communicate clearly, and manage stakeholders with professionalism and tact.

You will receive a robust base salary of N350,000, complemented by a dynamic commission framework that includes performance-based incentives.
