Job Summary

We are in search of a highly motivated and outcome-focused Senior Business Development/BID Executive to strengthen our team.

We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive professional to oversee a range of critical tasks, including the development and implementation of strategic initiatives, the management of cross-functional projects, and the maintenance of accurate documentation. You will be responsible for analyzing complex data sets to identify trends and opportunities, ensuring adherence to compliance standards, and fostering collaboration across departments to achieve organizational objectives. Additionally, you will serve as a liaison between senior leadership and operational teams, providing actionable insights and recommendations to drive performance and efficiency. Strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and the ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment are essential for success in this role.

Acquire comprehensive knowledge of the company’s entire range of products and services.

Identify and secure new business prospects by actively pursuing opportunities, fostering meaningful connections with key decision-makers, and successfully finalizing agreements to broaden our client portfolio.

Gathering insights on industry developments, customer pain points, and competitor actions, you will serve as the company’s strategic intelligence resource, ensuring market responsiveness and informed decision-making.

Deliver strategic guidance to engineering and R&D teams to ensure our product offerings remain at the forefront of market competitiveness.

Achieve and surpass monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets to foster revenue growth.

Craft and deliver engaging sales presentations, proposals, and pitches tailored to prospective clients.

Negotiate agreements and finalize transactions while ensuring full compliance with company policies and profitability objectives.

You play a pivotal role in driving revenue and safeguarding the company’s financial stability, directly contributing to its long-term growth and sustainability.

Building and nurturing strong, lasting connections with current clients to foster long-term retention and satisfaction.

Networking events are attended to identify and engage potential clients, fostering meaningful professional relationships.

Crafting and implementing strategic sales and marketing initiatives to drive sustainable business growth.

Demonstrates a strong grasp of market dynamics and excels at articulating the business value derived from technical solutions.

Bid and Tender: Compilation of bid documentation and representation of the company during tender and bid meetings.

Formulate and implement comprehensive sales strategies aimed at meeting predetermined revenue objectives.

Identify and cultivate new business opportunities while fostering and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.

Work collaboratively with technical teams to develop proposals and facilitate seamless project execution.

Represent the company at industry events and trade shows as required.

Direct the sales team, fostering a high-performance culture through leadership, training, and motivation to achieve optimal results.

Internally partner with Finance, Operations, Engineering, and Service departments to cultivate strong, collaborative relationships.
