Partner with creative teams throughout the conceptual, schematic, and detailed design phases of expansive project initiatives.
Develop and oversee Building Information Modeling (BIM) models to facilitate seamless project execution, maintaining precision and interdisciplinary alignment throughout the process.
Create detailed design drawings and compelling presentations with Autodesk Refit, Ketchup, Rhino, or similar software, ensuring precision and professionalism in all deliverables.
Leverage expertise in international building codes and standards, with a specific emphasis on British Standards (BS), to guarantee adherence in all design deliverables.
Facilitate collaborative participation in design evaluations, interactive workshops, and alignment sessions with both internal departments and external advisors.
Assist in developing and maintaining project documentation while preparing materials tailored for client presentations, competitive submissions, and international applications.
Leverage innovative thinking to address intricate architectural dilemmas with effective solutions.
Seeking a candidate with a Bachelor’s degree in a related field or relevant experience in lieu of formal education, complemented by a minimum of two years of professional experience in the industry. Proficiency in essential software tools and applications is required, along with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Familiarity with industry best practices and compliance standards is preferred.
A degree in Architecture, whether at the bachelor’s or master’s level, is required for this position.
With a minimum of three to five years of professional architectural experience—ideally involving large-scale building projects—candidates should demonstrate a strong understanding of design principles, construction methodologies, and regulatory compliance.
International project experience is highly desirable; candidates with such background will receive preference.
Proficiency in Autodesk Refit, Ketchup, and Rhino is required, along with a working knowledge of additional 3D modeling and visualization software platforms.
Proficiency in 3ds Max, V-Ray, Union, and Corona is highly beneficial.
Proficient in BIM workflows and coordination methodologies, with a deep understanding of industry best practices.
Proficiency in international building codes and standards, with particular emphasis on BS standards.
