The ideal candidate must manage the operation and supervision of the concrete batching plant, guaranteeing the manufacturing of premium-grade concrete that aligns with approved mix designs and project requirements.
Operate and oversee the batching plant to manufacture concrete in adherence to designated mix designs.

Accurate measurement and batching of cement, aggregates, water, and admixtures must be ensured.
Perform regular inspections of the batching plant to identify any operational issues and document findings accurately for prompt reporting of faults.
Collaborate with Quality Control personnel to uphold and sustain established product quality standards.
You are responsible for documenting daily production activities, tracking material usage, and maintaining detailed logs of all equipment operations.
Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organization throughout the batching plant area.
Strict compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations is mandatory.
Provide support to maintenance staff as needed during plant servicing and repair operations.

Capable of analyzing concrete mix designs and production schedules with precision and expertise.
