You will be responsible for verifying and confirming the accuracy of external customer information to ensure compliance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements. This involves cross-referencing data sources, validating customer details, and maintaining meticulous records to support operational integrity and customer service excellence.
Perform on-site audits to validate customer engagement in their stated business activities, confirm the existence of collection sites and retail outlets, and capture photographic documentation for record-keeping purposes. Additionally, verify the residential addresses of guarantors, review supporting documentation, and confirm the presence of any associated stores, with all findings documented through photographic evidence.
Verify information anomalies without delay. Should verification prove unfeasible, escalate the matter to the leader and assist with the investigative process.
Ensure compliance with all information security regulations while implementing robust measures—such as encryption—to safeguard customer data integrity and confidentiality.
Responsible for compiling detailed reports that summarize information verification activities, documenting executed tasks, resolutions to issues, and evaluations of data quality, with submissions to be presented to leadership on a regular basis.
