In a dynamic Agile environment, you will spearhead the system architecture and lead the development, testing, and deployment of cutting-edge mobile features for Android applications.
Drive the adoption of cutting-edge progressive code design principles and conduct thorough code reviews to elevate software quality; proactively detect performance bottlenecks and implement corrective measures; propose strategic refinements and enhancements to legacy codebases to expand application functionality and scalability in a timely manner.
Play a pivotal role in expanding a repository rich with reusable, organization-specific assets—including libraries, demonstrations, documentation, and other valuable resources.
Seeking a dynamic professional with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, equipped with at least three years of hands-on experience in software development. Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++ is essential, along with expertise in database management and cloud computing. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities, exceptional analytical skills, and the capacity to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams. Responsibilities include designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions, conducting thorough code reviews, and ensuring adherence to best practices and industry standards.
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a closely related discipline is required.
With at least three years of hands-on experience crafting sophisticated native Android applications, you’ve successfully implemented and deployed solutions leveraging either the MVP or MVVM architectural design patterns.
With a minimum of three years of practical experience in launching mobile applications on the Google Play Store, you bring a proven track record in the publishing process.
Skilled in utilizing the Android SDK, Java, Kotlin, Android Studio, and object-oriented programming and design methodologies.
Proficiency in working with RESTful APIs is highly valued, with a demonstrated track record of successful integration and utilization in previous roles.
Proficiency in the Android Material Design Guidelines is required.
Proficiency in industry-standard software engineering methodologies and optimal practices across the entire software development lifecycle is required, encompassing coding conventions, peer review processes, version control systems, build automation, quality assurance, and operational deployment strategies.
Proven capability to shepherd a project feature from initial requirement scoping to successful deployment.
Requires strong analytical, organizational, project management, and time management capabilities, with a keen focus on product performance, user experience, and scalability.
Proficient in analyzing and resolving software issues or workflow inefficiencies by breaking them down into well-defined software APIs and UX design solutions.
Effectively fosters collaboration and clear communication across cross-functional teams, including Product, UI/UX, and Back-end.
Proficiency in third-party libraries and frameworks, including Realm, Retrofit, and Firebase, is considered advantageous.
