Responsibilities
Collaborate with product management, UX design, and engineering teams to strategically define product features that facilitate the delivery of high-quality home health solutions.
In a dynamic agile environment, you will spearhead the system architecture, develop, validate, and deploy cutting-edge mobile functionalities for Android applications.
Drive the adoption of advanced code design principles and rigorous review processes, while proactively diagnosing and resolving performance bottlenecks. Advise on strategic improvements and scalable enhancements to existing codebases to broaden application functionality and ensure timely execution.
Develop and maintain a collection of reusable organizational assets, including libraries, demonstrations, documentation, and other valuable resources.
A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Technology is required, along with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in software development or a related area. Proficiency in programming languages like Java, Python, or C++ is essential, and expertise in database management and cloud computing platforms is highly desirable. Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality projects within deadlines are mandatory. Familiarity with Agile methodologies, version control systems, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines is preferable.
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a closely related discipline is required.
With a minimum of three years of hands-on experience, you have architected and delivered sophisticated native Android applications, employing either the MVP or MVVM design pattern to ensure robust and scalable solutions for end users.
With a minimum of three years of hands-on experience in publishing mobile applications on the Google Play Store, the ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in this domain.
Skilled in leveraging the Android SDK, Java, and Kotlin within Android Studio to implement object-oriented programming and design principles effectively.
Proven expertise in implementing and leveraging RESTful APIs is required.
Demonstrated expertise in adhering to the Android Material Design Guidelines is essential.
Proficiency in established software engineering methodologies and optimal practices throughout the entire software development lifecycle is essential, encompassing coding standards, code evaluations, version control systems, compilation processes, quality assurance testing, and deployment operations.
Proven capability to shepherd a project feature from initial scoping of requirements through to successful launch and deployment.
Demonstrates strong analytical, organizational, project management, and time management abilities, with a sharp focus on enhancing product performance, user experience, and scalability.
