Position Summary

Review documents, figures, and postings to verify correct data entry, mathematical precision, and adherence to applicable codes.

Organize, safeguard, and oversee all files, records, cash, and cash equivalents while adhering to established policies and procedures.

Record, maintain, and analyze financial data stored in computer systems, ensuring its integrity and accessibility. Prepare and update precise electronic spreadsheets containing financial and accounting information. Organize, categorize, and condense numerical and financial data to compile comprehensive financial records, utilizing journals, ledgers, and/or computerized tools.

Compile, oversee, and disseminate statistical, financial, accounting, auditing, or payroll reports and tables in an accurate and timely manner.

Prepare and finalize all period-end closing activities and documentation in accordance with established guidelines.

Prepare, examine, and verify bills, invoices, and account statements in alignment with established company protocols before issuing them for payment or review.

Adhere to all established company policies and procedures while upholding a neat and professional uniform and personal presentation. Safeguard proprietary information with the utmost discretion, ensuring the protection of company assets. Additionally, uphold the privacy and security of both guests and fellow team members at all times.

Address guest inquiries promptly and courteously while maintaining a professional demeanor. Communicate effectively with colleagues and guests using clear, concise, and professional language. Ensure all written correspondence is accurate, thorough, and free of errors. Handle telephone and email communications with proper etiquette, responding to messages in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities include manually handling, transporting, and positioning items that weigh up to 10 pounds, requiring the ability to move, lift, carry, push, and pull without assistance.

Foster constructive working relationships, collaborate effectively with colleagues to achieve shared objectives, and attentively address and respond to the concerns of fellow employees.

Execute additional tasks as assigned by supervisors that fall within the scope of reasonable job expectations.

Preferred Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Engineering, or Mathematics, along with at least three years of hands-on experience in software development or data analysis. Candidates should possess strong proficiency in programming languages like Python, Java, or C++, as well as familiarity with frameworks such as Django, Spring, or TensorFlow. Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure and expertise in SQL or NoSQL databases are highly desirable. Additionally, excellent problem-solving skills, the ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams, and a commitment to continuous learning are essential. A Master’s degree or relevant certifications may further strengthen an application.

A high school diploma or its equivalent, such as a G.E.D., is required.

A minimum of one year of relevant professional experience is required.

Supervisory Experience: This position does not require any prior experience in a supervisory capacity.

No specific license or certification is required for this position.
