REQUIRED PROFILE
Experienced candidates should possess a minimum of three years of sales expertise focused on institutional or key accounts within the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector.
Proven experience in managing corporate or structured retail accounts—excluding open market sales—is required.
Proficiency in handling physical goods across various sectors, including tissue products, fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), beverages, food items, and related categories, is required.
Demonstrated expertise in negotiation and account management is essential for this role. Candidates must possess refined skills in handling negotiations and maintaining client relationships with a high degree of professionalism and strategic insight.
Demonstrates strong self-motivation and the capacity to manage tasks efficiently without constant oversight. Exhibits reliability in meeting deadlines and maintaining productivity under minimal direction. Thrives in autonomous work environments while ensuring consistent performance and accountability.
Daily field reporting responsibilities entail capturing and documenting on-site activities, while structured weekly updates involve compiling and presenting progress systematically.
Demonstrates a strong ability to meet performance targets and consistently applies sound commercial judgment in decision-making processes.
