REQUIRED PROFILE
With a minimum of three years of experience in key account or institutional sales within the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector, candidates should demonstrate a proven track record in driving revenue growth and maintaining strong client relationships.
Expertise in managing corporate or organized retail accounts—excluding open market sales—is required.
Proficiency in handling physical goods, such as tissue paper, fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), beverages, and food products, is required.
Exceptional ability in negotiation and account management is essential.
Demonstrates strong self-motivation and the capacity to manage tasks effectively without constant oversight. Exhibits reliability in meeting deadlines and maintaining productivity in a remote or autonomous work environment. Possesses the discipline to prioritize responsibilities and execute assignments with minimal guidance while ensuring high-quality results.
Daily field reporting is conducted alongside structured weekly updates to ensure comprehensive and timely communication of project progress and findings.
