DTA is in search of a diligent, dependable, and exceptionally professional Security Officer to strengthen our team. This position entails serving as the primary safeguard for our facilities, assets, employees, and visitors.
The successful candidate demonstrates a commanding presence, sharp situational awareness, and the ability to enforce security protocols while delivering outstanding customer service.
Oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects to ensure they are completed on schedule, within budget, and to the specified quality standards. Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and resource allocations, while coordinating cross-functional teams to align efforts and optimize productivity. Identify and mitigate risks, implement corrective actions as needed, and report progress to stakeholders through regular updates and presentations. Lead project meetings, facilitate decision-making, and ensure adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and best practices. Foster collaboration among team members, resolve conflicts, and promote a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Conduct routine foot and vehicular patrols along the interior and perimeter of DTA premises to prevent unauthorized entry, vandalism, and theft.
Monitor access points by verifying identities, issuing visitor badges, reviewing logs, and enforcing entry protocols to ensure only authorized individuals gain access to the facility.
Operate and maintain various security systems, such as CCTV cameras, alarm panels, and fire/safety gates, to ensure continuous monitoring and protection.
In emergency situations, serve as the initial responder to crises, fires, medical incidents, or security breaches. Collaborate seamlessly with local law enforcement and emergency response teams to ensure coordinated and effective intervention.
Investigating service disruptions, you will prepare comprehensive and precise incident reports for senior leadership, documenting all pertinent details for further analysis and decision-making.
Demonstrate exceptional hospitality by warmly welcoming visitors and staff, offering clear directions or assistance as needed while ensuring stringent security protocols are upheld.

Familiarity with industry-specific software and tools is essential, as is the ability to collaborate effectively in team settings. Must possess the physical capability to stand or walk continuously for extended durations, with the potential to maintain this for up to four consecutive hours, and the capacity to lift objects weighing as much as 25 pounds when required.
