Job Summary

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and alert Security Personnel professional to safeguard our facilities, valuable assets, and employees.

The successful candidate will uphold a strong presence, deter unauthorized entry, and safeguard personnel and visitors by conducting regular patrols, overseeing surveillance systems, and addressing any incidents promptly.

Oversee and execute a wide range of duties to ensure smooth operational workflow, including managing project timelines, coordinating team efforts, and delivering high-quality results within specified deadlines. Collaborate with cross-functional departments to align objectives, resolve conflicts, and enhance communication channels for improved efficiency. Monitor performance metrics, analyze data trends, and provide actionable insights to senior leadership to support strategic decision-making. Implement and enforce company policies, procedures, and compliance standards to maintain regulatory adherence and organizational integrity. Serve as a liaison between executives and employees, fostering a culture of transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Monitor and oversee the admission of employees, visitors, and other individuals to prevent unauthorized access, deter theft, and ensure the overall security of the premises.

Patrol industrial and commercial properties to deter unauthorized access and identify potential security breaches, ensuring the protection of doors, windows, and gates.

Address alarms promptly and conduct thorough assessments of disturbances to determine their nature and origin.

Compose detailed documentation of daily operations and any deviations from standard procedures, including incidents such as equipment or property damage, theft, unauthorized access, or unusual events.

Utilize detection equipment to inspect individuals and ensure no unauthorized items enter restricted zones.

Supervise and regulate entry points and vehicle access gates to ensure secure passage and controlled access.

Monitor security systems, including alarms and video surveillance cameras, while managing detection and emergency response equipment.

Respond promptly to emergency situations while delivering timely support to both employees and customers.

Responsibilities include executing established protocols for fire prevention, property surveillance, access management, and accident inquiries.

Requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as computer science, engineering, or mathematics, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Must demonstrate proficiency in programming languages like Python, Java, or C++, along with strong problem-solving skills. Prior experience in software development, data analysis, or related technical roles is preferred. Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile methodologies is a must. Excellent communication abilities to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams are essential.

A high school diploma or its equivalent is required.

A minimum of two years of hands-on experience in security-related roles, such as a security guard, is required.

Proficiency in established public safety and security protocols and procedures is required.

Possesses strong surveillance capabilities and a meticulous attention to detail.

Maintaining unwavering integrity and projecting a professional demeanor are essential qualities for this position.

Able to maintain physical stamina for prolonged standing or walking, with the capacity to engage in physical intervention when required.
