Oversee a diverse range of critical tasks encompassing strategic planning, operational management, and team leadership to ensure organizational objectives are met efficiently and effectively. Develop and implement comprehensive policies, procedures, and performance metrics to enhance productivity, quality, and compliance across all functional areas. Monitor key performance indicators, analyze trends, and present actionable insights to drive informed decision-making and continuous improvement. Lead recruitment, training, and professional development programs to cultivate a skilled, motivated workforce capable of exceeding targets. Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, industry standards, and ethical practices while mitigating risks and resolving operational challenges proactively.

Craft compelling scripts tailored for television, radio, and digital platforms, conducting thorough research and development to ensure high-quality content delivery.

Work jointly with producers, directors, and creative personnel to develop and refine storylines and conceptual frameworks.

Transform concepts and ideas into polished, engaging scripts that resonate with and captivate the intended audience.

Revise scripts in response to input to ensure alignment with creative objectives and production requirements.

Verify that scripts adhere to brand guidelines, project objectives, and audience preferences to maintain consistency and effectiveness.

Consistently meet project deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards within a dynamic production environment.

The position necessitates a minimum of five years of experience in a related field, along with a bachelor’s degree in a pertinent discipline. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, as well as proficiency in industry-specific software and tools. Excellent communication and teamwork skills are also required to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Additionally, the ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to evolving priorities is essential for success in this role.

A bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, English, Theatre Arts, Creative Writing, or an equivalent discipline is required.

With a minimum of two years of demonstrated expertise in scriptwriting for media outlets, television, radio, or production environments, the ideal candidate will bring a strong foundation of relevant experience to the role.

Exceptional proficiency in crafting compelling narratives, producing polished written content, and performing meticulous editorial reviews.

Proven capability to devise innovative concepts and convert them into fully developed, production-ready scripts.

Highly developed communication and collaboration abilities are required.
