Job Summary
To provide comprehensive secretarial, clerical, and administrative support to facilitate the efficient operations of the school, ensuring seamless organizational functionality.
Establish and manage both paper-based and digital filing systems to organize student records efficiently and ensure easy retrieval of information.
Develop, update, and input data into the database system to ensure accuracy and accessibility of information.
Identify relevant documents and affix them to incoming communications that necessitate a reply.
Collect and deliver requested data accurately and promptly.
Responsibilities include coordinating and verifying appointments for staff with the Principal and President, ensuring alignment with their schedules.
Manage appointment and event calendars to ensure accurate scheduling and organization.
Prepare accurate and comprehensive meeting minutes, capturing key discussions, decisions, and action items for future reference and dissemination.
Above all, every member of AJC’s staff serves as an exemplary figure for the students.
Seeking a candidate who meets the following qualifications: proficiency in written and verbal communication skills, a minimum of five years of relevant experience in a similar role, and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively. Must possess a degree in a related field, demonstrate strong problem-solving capabilities, and exhibit a commitment to continuous learning and professional development. Additional requirements include familiarity with industry-standard software and tools, excellent organizational skills, and a proven track record of meeting deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
B.A in English
A higher degree or qualification, particularly in English, is beneficial.
