Job Location: Situated along the Idiaraba-Muslin, KET-Ojota corridor and the Festal/Able Ado areas in Lagos.

We are seeking a highly motivated professional to oversee a range of critical tasks, including the management of daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity. The role demands meticulous attention to detail in reviewing and approving documents, as well as maintaining precise records to support organizational compliance. Additionally, the position requires coordinating with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and enhance collaboration, while ensuring adherence to established policies and procedures. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities will be essential to success in this role.

Responsibilities include managing incoming and outgoing communications, preparing and editing documents, organizing and maintaining files, operating photocopying equipment, and maintaining accurate records.

Oversee the organization and upkeep of school documentation, including student files and staff records, ensuring accuracy and accessibility at all times.

Act as the primary liaison for parents, visitors, and incoming telephone inquiries.

Facilitate clear and timely communication among school administration, staff, parents, and students to ensure alignment and collaboration.

Oversee and coordinate the scheduling and organization of appointments, meetings, and events for the headteacher or principal.

Organize and coordinate meetings, appointments, and academic events to ensure efficient scheduling and adherence to institutional calendars.

Support the processing of fee collections, issuance of receipts, and management of petty cash transactions.

Responsibilities include maintaining inventory levels and overseeing the procurement, organization, and distribution of office supplies, stationery, and essential school resources.
