Assist the Head Teacher with a range of responsibilities, including but not limited to administrative tasks, lesson planning support, and student supervision to ensure a productive learning environment.
Responsible for directing the development, execution, and evaluation of educational programs.
Maintain compliance with government and educational board regulations to uphold established teaching standards.
Design and direct the development, execution, and evaluation of the curriculum to ensure alignment with educational objectives and standards.
To guarantee adherence to governmental and educational board standards, maintain and elevate teaching quality in accordance with established guidelines.
Oversee financial allocations, educational assets, and instructional materials to ensure optimal support for academic programs.
Maintain accurate records, ensure regulatory compliance, and submit timely reports as required.
Develop and maintain meaningful partnerships with parents, school board members, and community stakeholders.
Fulfill official and external engagements on behalf of the institution, serving as its designated representative in various functions and activities.
The ideal candidate must possess a strong academic background, typically holding a degree in a relevant field such as computer science, engineering, or information technology. Prior experience in a similar role is essential, with a minimum of three to five years in a professional setting being preferred. Proficiency in key programming languages, including but not limited to Python, Java, or C++, is required, along with hands-on familiarity with software development methodologies and tools. Additionally, the candidate should demonstrate exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication abilities are also necessary to convey technical concepts effectively to stakeholders at all levels.
A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Education or a related discipline is required for this position.
