Job Summary

The Savings Sales Marketing Officer plays a pivotal role in driving deposit mobilization by attracting new savings customers and strategically promoting the organization’s savings products to meet deposit growth targets.

Key duties encompass leading cross-functional teams to implement strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives while fostering a collaborative work environment. Accountability includes overseeing project timelines, managing budgets, and delivering high-quality results within specified deadlines. Additionally, the role requires analyzing performance metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement, and recommending data-driven solutions to enhance operational efficiency. Collaboration with stakeholders across departments is essential to drive innovation and maintain seamless communication. Regular reporting to senior leadership on project progress and key outcomes is also a critical component of this position.

Compile detailed reports on customer acquisition metrics and overall performance results.

Requires a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline. At least five years of professional experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success in project management. Proficiency in industry-standard software tools and methodologies is essential. Excellent communication and leadership abilities to guide cross-functional teams effectively. Must possess strong problem-solving skills to address complex technical challenges. Familiarity with regulatory compliance and quality assurance standards is highly advantageous.

A Bachelor’s Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a closely related discipline is required.

Demonstrated success in deposit mobilization or sales is highly desirable.

Exceptional proficiency in cultivating and sustaining professional networks, alongside a demonstrated ability to manage and nurture key stakeholder relationships effectively.

Demonstrates exceptional proficiency in conveying ideas clearly and effectively through both written and verbal communication, along with the ability to deliver compelling presentations to diverse audiences.

Compensation is structured as a base salary ranging from $75,000 to $95,000 annually, complemented by a performance-based bonus of up to 15% and comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, retirement contributions, and paid time off.
