Job Summary:
We seek a proactive Graduate from Engineer Trainee (GET) to integrate into our SAP Finance team, specializing in S/4HANA Cash Management and Treasury solutions. Through structured mentorship, the trainee will develop expertise in key business processes encompassing banking operations, liquidity management, and cash flow optimization, along with their configuration and enhancement within the SAP S/4HANA framework.
Key Accountabilities include managing and overseeing daily operations to ensure optimal efficiency, coordinating cross-functional teams to align project goals, and maintaining high standards of quality control throughout all processes. Additionally, the role involves developing and implementing strategic initiatives to enhance productivity, analyzing performance metrics to identify areas for improvement, and fostering collaboration among departments to achieve organizational objectives. The position requires meticulous attention to detail, strong leadership abilities, and the capacity to adapt to evolving business demands while upholding company policies and compliance standards.
Provide support for the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of SAP S/4HANA Cash Management modules.
Acquire practical experience in Cash Position, Liquidity Forecasting, Bank Account Management (BAM), and Bank Communication Management (BCM).
Assist operational teams with routine cash management activities, including bank reconciliations and liquidity assessments.
Engage in data validation, testing, and user training initiatives throughout the phases of system implementation or enhancements to ensure accuracy and adoption.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Treasury, and IT, to capture and document business requirements while developing detailed functional specifications.
Provide support in configuring and deploying Fiore applications specifically designed for Cash Management functions, such as Manage Bank Accounts, Cash Position, Liquidity Forecast, and Bank Statement Monitor, while ensuring familiarity with their operational frameworks.
Facilitate the governance and upkeep of master data management, specifically house banks, bank accounts, and business partners, while ensuring seamless integration with key modules such as Financial Accounting (FI), Controlling (CO), and Treasury and Risk Management (TRM).
Conduct comprehensive system testing, including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) phases, while developing detailed test documentation to ensure full coverage and compliance with specifications.
Provide support for treasury dashboard reporting and analytics by leveraging SAP Fiore and embedded analytics tools.

Must demonstrate proficiency in relevant software applications, analytical thinking, and effective communication skills. Must possess foundational knowledge in financial management, accounting principles, and treasury operations.
Proficiency in ERP systems is required, with a preference for experience with SAP.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required. Minimum of three years of experience in software development, with proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment are essential. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and version control systems like Git is preferred. Exceptional communication skills and a dedication to continuous learning are also necessary.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics Engineering, or an equivalent field is required.

A degree in B.Com, BBA, or MBA with a specialization in Finance, coupled with a keen interest in IT-enabled financial processes, is required.
