The Assistant General Manager (AGM) plays a pivotal role in overseeing and enhancing the operations of multiple Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) locations, driving operational excellence, financial performance, and customer satisfaction while strictly adhering to corporate policies and standards.
Oversee and execute critical duties to ensure operational excellence, including managing project timelines, coordinating cross-functional teams, and delivering high-quality results within specified parameters. Conduct thorough analyses to identify opportunities for process improvement, implement strategic initiatives, and maintain compliance with industry standards and organizational policies. Foster collaboration with stakeholders to align objectives, resolve challenges, and drive sustainable growth. Additionally, monitor performance metrics, prepare detailed reports, and present actionable insights to senior leadership to inform decision-making and enhance overall efficiency.
Responsible for the day-to-day management and coordination of activities at designated locations.

Oversee and provide guidance to Outlet Managers as well as their respective teams to ensure optimal performance and alignment with organizational objectives.
Oversee sales performance, track costs and inventory levels, and evaluate overall outlet profitability to ensure operational efficiency and financial health.
Perform periodic evaluations of retail outlets, including inspections, compliance checks, and performance assessments.
Resolve customer issues efficiently while fostering an environment of exceptional service quality.
Provide assistance with recruitment efforts, facilitate training programs, manage scheduling tasks, and contribute to staff development initiatives.
Track inventory levels diligently while reducing unnecessary expenditure and preventing avoidable losses.
Compile comprehensive operational and performance reports for senior leadership review.
