Proactively engage corporate clients to promote and sell industrial chemicals, cutting-edge laboratory equipment, and advanced water treatment solutions, thereby driving revenue growth and expanding market presence.
Proactively identify and capitalize on emerging business opportunities within key industries, including pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, oil & gas, and research sectors.
Develop and sustain robust professional relationships with procurement officers, laboratory managers, and other pivotal decision-makers within the organization.
Craft compelling technical proposals, detailed quotations, and persuasive presentations tailored for prospective clients.
Consistently surpass monthly and quarterly sales objectives while driving revenue growth and maintaining high performance standards.
Oversee the activities of field sales officers and deliver consistent performance evaluations to senior leadership.
Seeking a highly motivated individual with a minimum of three years of relevant experience in a similar role to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, exceptional communication abilities, and proficiency in industry-specific software or tools. A bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred, though equivalent professional experience may be considered. Responsibilities include conducting thorough market research, developing strategic business plans, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
A Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Technology degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or an equivalent scientific field is required.
With a preference for candidates possessing 5 to 7 years of B2B sales expertise—ideally within the chemical or laboratory product supply sector—this role demands a proven track record in driving revenue growth and cultivating long-term client relationships.
Possesses a comprehensive knowledge of chemical products, laboratory instruments, and their applications within industrial settings.
Demonstrated proficiency in negotiation, communication, and client management is essential.
Skilled in utilizing Microsoft Office Suite, with a preference for candidates who possess CRM tool experience.
