Maintaining strict compliance with SLB’s established sales methodologies, including the stage-gate review system, is essential, as is actively facilitating the preparation of proposals.
The individual will thoroughly evaluate and confirm all sales leads and opportunities to ensure their viability and potential for conversion.
Organize client calls and conduct consistent in-person client visits to guarantee comprehensive call coverage for assigned accounts.
Collaborate with leadership to establish sales objectives and strategize promotional initiatives for current offerings as well as upcoming service and product launches.
Stay current with advancements in competitive offerings, including products and services, to ensure strategic awareness and informed decision-making.
Support the execution of activities across multiple business lines, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and fostering collaborative efforts to drive efficiency and innovation.
Facilitate the execution of the Business Line’s marketing strategy to ensure alignment with organizational objectives and foster growth initiatives.
Monitor pricing strategies and structures, evaluating existing levels to identify opportunities for strategic adjustments or increases.
To stay current with evolving technologies and competitor strategies, participate in ongoing training programs designed to enhance expertise.
Offer comprehensive assistance in managing accounts receivable processes to ensure timely and accurate collection of outstanding payments.
Exposures & Experiences
A bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a closely related discipline, such as chemical or petroleum engineering, is required.
Additional qualifications in marketing or sales would be advantageous.
With a minimum of 10 to 15 years of professional experience in operations and sales, the ideal candidate will bring extensive expertise to the role.
Demonstrates a foundational comprehension of Oil, Produced Water, Seawater, and Gas Treatment technologies, particularly in onshore facility settings.
To succeed in this role, candidates must demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of market dynamics alongside proficient management of client relationships and external stakeholders.

Fluency in both English and Portuguese is essential for this position.
