A prominent global enterprise specializing in the distribution of vehicles, industrial machinery, and power generators—headquartered in Lagos, Nigeria—is currently seeking driven and proactive professionals to fulfill the following roles.

Job Summary:

This position will concentrate on accelerating sales growth and implementing strategic sales initiatives for vehicles, generators, and power equipment across various market segments. It entails leading a high-performing sales team, cultivating key customer and partner relationships, uncovering new business prospects, and guaranteeing the attainment of established targets.

Understanding the background and skills essential for this position involves evaluating a combination of educational credentials, technical expertise, and professional experience. Candidates should possess a minimum of five years of hands-on experience in a related field, showcasing a track record of delivering measurable results. Proficiency in industry-specific software and tools is required, along with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. The ideal applicant will demonstrate exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate across teams and stakeholders. Familiarity with current trends and best practices in the domain is also expected.

The successful applicant must demonstrate a strong background in B2B sales, coupled with exceptional negotiation and communication abilities, alongside strategic problem-solving skills and a track record of consistently achieving demanding sales objectives.

Seeking candidates with a minimum of five years of experience in a relevant field, along with a valid professional certification or an advanced degree. Applicants must demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, exceptional communication skills, and proficiency in industry-standard software. The ideal candidate will exhibit leadership qualities, adaptability to evolving challenges, and a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

A Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing, Engineering, or a closely related field is required.

With a minimum of five years of relevant sales experience—ideally in the automobile, furniture, and electronics sectors—and at least three years in a leadership position, you demonstrate strong business development and leadership capabilities. Your ability to guide and inspire a sales team effectively is a key asset in this role.

A candidate must demonstrate strong information and communication technology (ICT) proficiency alongside polished presentation abilities.

The monthly compensation for this position ranges from N400,000 to N600,000.
