Job Summary

We are in search of a proactive and high-performing Sales and Marketing Executive to spearhead business expansion across Bayes and Barri.

The ideal candidate will identify emerging market opportunities, cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, implement sales strategies, and enhance brand performance across the region.

Oversee daily operations to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to established protocols. Manage a team of professionals, fostering collaboration and driving performance to meet organizational goals. Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, and innovation within the department. Monitor key performance indicators to evaluate progress and identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align efforts with broader company objectives. Prepare comprehensive reports to communicate insights and recommendations to senior leadership. Maintain compliance with industry regulations and internal policies to mitigate risks.

Explore and cultivate fresh business prospects within the Bayes and Barri markets to broaden our customer reach and enhance revenue generation.

Develop and nurture enduring partnerships with essential clients, wholesalers, and distributors to bolster customer loyalty and satisfaction.

Develop and execute sales strategies aimed at achieving and surpassing predetermined sales targets while maintaining consistent product availability and maximizing visibility throughout the assigned territory.

Monitor market developments, competitive movements, and consumer behavior to generate data-driven insights that enhance sales and marketing initiatives.

Deliver engaging product presentations, organize and execute roadshows, and engage in promotional initiatives aimed at enhancing product visibility and driving sales growth.

Compile and present precise, up-to-date reports detailing sales performance metrics, market developments, inventory status, and customer feedback for review by senior leadership.

Collaborate closely with internal teams such as logistics and customer service to facilitate the prompt delivery of products and address client concerns efficiently.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required. Proficiency in Python, Java, or C++ is necessary. A minimum of three years of experience in software development is expected. Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is advantageous. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment are essential. Excellent communication skills are also required.

A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline, such as an OND, HND, or B.Sc., is required.

Requires a minimum of two years of hands-on field sales experience, ideally gained within the fast-moving consumer goods or food manufacturing sectors.

Proven expertise in Lagos market dynamics and its extensive distribution networks is essential.

Proven ability to foster strong interpersonal relationships, articulate ideas clearly, and negotiate effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Capable of working autonomously while maintaining strong time management skills to meet deadlines and objectives.

Proficient in utilizing MS Office Suite and fundamental reporting tools.

The ideal candidate should be based in Bayes and Barri.
