As a Sales Agent within Palm Pay’s Pay with Transfer team, your primary responsibility will involve driving business expansion by uncovering new opportunities, securing high-quality merchant partnerships, and ensuring both agents and merchants are thoroughly educated on product features. Additionally, you will contribute to increasing product adoption by fostering engagement and addressing market needs effectively.

We are seeking a motivated professional to oversee and execute a diverse range of duties, including strategic planning, team leadership, and project management. The role demands meticulous attention to detail in analyzing data, preparing comprehensive reports, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Additionally, the position requires fostering strong stakeholder relationships while driving operational efficiency and innovation within the organization. Candidates must possess strong communication skills, proficiency in relevant software tools, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Experience in a leadership role and a proven track record of delivering measurable results are essential for success in this position.

Market Prospecting: Utilize a variety of channels, including online directories, industry events, and referrals, to identify and engage key merchants across different market segments for PWT, merchant loans, collaboration opportunities, and online payment solutions.

Develop and execute a strategic plan to engage potential clients, cultivating meaningful relationships through personalized outreach to highlight the value proposition of Palm Pay’s full-service offerings. Coordinate and facilitate meetings or product demonstrations designed to showcase the advantages of integrating Palm Pay’s solutions into their business operations.

Perform in-depth evaluations of clients’ business operations, payment systems, and key challenges to accurately determine their unique needs, subsequently delivering customized solutions designed to address those requirements.

Craft tailored presentations that effectively demonstrate Palm Pay’s services, emphasizing key features, functionalities, and projected ROI, specifically aligned with the distinct needs of each merchant, including those classified as Key and High-quality.

Relationship Building: Establish and nurture long-term partnerships with pivotal stakeholders in client organizations by showcasing deep industry knowledge, unwavering dependability, and prompt communication.

Skilled in negotiating pricing, terms, and agreements to finalize deals that meet objectives while complying with company standards and ensuring mutual satisfaction.

Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including product development and customer support, to resolve client inquiries, provide technical expertise, and facilitate the smooth execution of selected services.
