Responsible for managing and executing all return and exchange transactions in compliance with company policies and procedures.
Verify the precision of all pricing and inventory figures, and issue a receipt to each customer upon completion of their transaction.
Draft and issue invoices for goods or services rendered.
Operate the point of sale (POS) system to process transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring seamless customer experiences. Manage cash handling, including opening and closing registers, balancing cash drawers, and processing deposits as needed.
