Job Summary:
Rayfield Medical Services Limited, a healthcare provider based in Jos, Plateau State, Nigeria, is seeking a Cashier to manage financial transactions and ensure meticulous record-keeping.
Oversee a comprehensive range of duties encompassing strategic planning, operational execution, and team leadership to ensure organizational objectives are met efficiently and effectively. Develop, implement, and monitor processes that enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and promote continuous improvement across all functional areas. The position involves accurately receiving and documenting all monetary transactions from patients and clients.
Performs daily reconciliation and balancing of cash registers to ensure accuracy in financial records.
Responsible for ensuring the precision of transaction records and preparing comprehensive financial reports.
Issues receipts and invoices promptly as mandated by company protocols.
Ensuring adherence to established financial policies and procedures within the hospital setting.
Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience in a similar role is essential, along with a strong academic background in a relevant discipline. Candidates should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools is required, alongside a detail-oriented approach to problem-solving. Strong organizational abilities and the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment are highly valued. A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline is required.
