Maintain open communication with the Area Coach regarding any competitive activities anticipated to impact the restaurant’s trading results.
Notify the Area Coach promptly regarding any employee relations issues, customer service concerns, attendance discrepancies, or third-party inspections—whether ongoing or anticipated—that could impact restaurant operations.

Seeking a candidate with a Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field and a minimum of three years of professional experience in a comparable role.
