We are in search of an enthusiastic and outcome-focused Resource Mobilizer to cultivate strategic partnerships, secure essential funding, and garner additional support, all with the goal of enhancing healthcare access for children affected by congenital heart disease (CHD).
In this position, your responsibilities will include: performing a wide array of duties essential to the role, collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational objectives, and contributing to the overall success of the team. You will be tasked with ensuring adherence to established policies and procedures, while maintaining a high standard of professionalism and accountability. Additionally, you will participate in strategic planning initiatives, support day-to-day operations, and assist in the development of innovative solutions to drive efficiency and productivity. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment.
Direct the fundraising initiatives and oversee the mobilization of resources to support organizational objectives.
Develop and cultivate strategic alliances with hospitals, non-governmental organizations, corporate entities, and development collaborators.
Compile grant proposals and devise donor engagement strategies to secure funding and foster long-term relationships with supporters.
Secure essential financial resources and in-kind contributions to fund critical, life-saving initiatives.
Champion initiatives that elevate Congenital Heart Disease (CHD) as a critical focus area within child health advocacy.
