Deliver prompt medical attention and administer first aid to students and staff when illness or injury occurs.

Administer and oversee the administration of prescribed medications to students, ensuring compliance with the Medical Director’s approved protocols and guidelines.
Ensure the integrity and confidentiality of all student health records are meticulously maintained.
Oversee and coordinate care for various health conditions, including asthma and other respiratory disorders, ensuring optimal management and patient well-being.
Organize and conduct approved medical workshops and educational sessions in alignment with management directives.
Conduct thorough assessments to detect and mitigate any risks to health and safety present throughout the school premises.
Act as a liaison between the Medical Director and school management regarding issues related to student health.
Requirements
A Registered Nurse (RN) must possess a current, active professional license to practice nursing.
A diploma or bachelor’s degree in nursing or a closely related field is required.
Seeking candidates with one to two years of nursing experience obtained post-qualification, preferably with a background in pediatric, community, or school health settings.
Demonstrates exceptional proficiency in clinical practices and comprehensive assessment capabilities.
Proven ability to establish strong rapport and engage effectively with diverse groups of children and adolescents, demonstrating exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Required are strong interpersonal skills, including empathy and patience, as well as the capacity to collaborate effectively with children and adolescents.
Organized and detail-oriented, with exceptional ability to maintain accurate records and manage workflows efficiently.
