Job Summary

The Pharmacist oversees daily clinical and retail pharmacy operations, maintains high standards of patient care, and provides exceptional customer service.

This position encompasses precise medication dispensing, delivering expert clinical guidance, overseeing inventory—including wellness and cosmetic items—and fostering community interaction.

The successful candidate will work autonomously while demonstrating meticulous attention to detail, advanced clinical proficiency, and a keen commercial perspective to drive the pharmacy’s expansion and ensure adherence to regulatory standards.

Oversee and execute core duties involving the management and coordination of critical tasks, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and high standards of efficiency. Lead initiatives to enhance operational workflows, streamline processes, and optimize resource allocation to drive productivity and performance. Collaborate cross-functionally with teams to foster innovation, resolve challenges, and maintain consistent communication to achieve shared goals. Monitor progress through data analysis and performance metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and best practices while upholding a culture of accountability and continuous development.

Accurately dispense medications in strict adherence to prescribed orders and established regulatory standards.

Deliver expert clinical counseling services to patients, addressing medication usage, potential side effects, and overall wellness strategies.

Oversee and enhance retail pharmacy operations, with a focus on the strategic promotion and inventory management of wellness products and cosmetics.

Provide outstanding customer service to cultivate and sustain meaningful patient connections within the local area.

Employ digital and social media channels strategically to bolster the pharmacy’s online presence and advance community health education.

Oversee inventory levels, verify appropriate storage conditions for pharmaceutical products, and uphold precise documentation standards.

Candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline. Essential qualifications include at least five years of hands-on experience in software development, with expertise in Python, Java, or C++. Proficiency in cloud platforms like AWS or Azure is required, along with familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams are mandatory. Prior experience in designing scalable systems or working on large-scale applications is highly desirable.

Earned a Bachelor of Pharmacy (B. Pharm) or Doctor of Pharmacy (Harm.D) degree.

A valid and current pharmacist license to practice is required.

Proficiency in community pharmacy operations is highly desirable.

Clinical expertise is complemented by outstanding customer service abilities and exceptional communication skills.

Demonstrates exceptional attention to detail and the capacity to operate autonomously with minimal oversight.

A background in wellness products, cosmetics, or retail pharmacy operations is highly beneficial.

A demonstrated proficiency in digital tools and platforms, coupled with a strong command of social media strategies, is highly desirable.

Proximity to the pharmacy site is strongly preferred.
