Job Summary

Responsible for expanding BIC’s market presence within the designated Sales Area, the role involves acquiring new customers and elevating the satisfaction levels of current clients.

Oversee and execute a variety of essential duties, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and operational standards. Perform tasks with precision, maintaining high levels of efficiency and accountability in all assigned responsibilities. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals and deliver consistent, high-quality outcomes. Identify opportunities for process improvements, implementing innovative solutions to enhance productivity and performance. Uphold compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and best practices to mitigate risks and ensure seamless operations.

Prepare and process sales orders while overseeing the timely delivery of products within designated sales regions and retail outlets.

Efficiently redistributing all BIC products across retail channels and ensuring comprehensive coverage of pertinent outlets within designated sales territories.

Consistently conduct performance evaluations alongside regional managers and clients, ensuring alignment with predetermined objectives.

Formulate a comprehensive coverage strategy for the designated territory.

Explore and cultivate untapped sales opportunities across assigned territories.

Delivering seamless execution of SFA initiatives and related projects within sales divisions is essential.

Accomplishes perfect promotion execution and deployment of point-of-sale materials with unwavering precision and consistency.
