Job Summary

The Pharmacist oversees day-to-day clinical and retail pharmacy operations, upholds exceptional standards of patient care, and provides outstanding customer service.

This position requires precise medication dispensing, delivering expert clinical guidance, overseeing inventory management for wellness and cosmetic products, and fostering community engagement initiatives.

The successful candidate will work autonomously, leveraging sharp attention to detail, clinical proficiency, and business acumen to drive the pharmacy’s expansion while ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.

Oversee a range of critical tasks encompassing strategic planning, operational management, and stakeholder engagement to ensure organizational objectives are met efficiently and effectively. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance productivity, compliance, and risk mitigation across all departments. Lead cross-functional teams by delegating responsibilities, fostering collaboration, and providing mentorship to cultivate a high-performance culture. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate departmental progress, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as needed. Serve as the primary point of contact for senior leadership, providing data-driven insights and recommendations to support informed decision-making. Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, quality standards, and ethical guidelines while maintaining accountability for budgetary oversight and resource allocation.

Accurately dispense medications by strictly adhering to prescribed orders and regulatory standards.

Deliver expert clinical counseling to patients concerning medication management, potential side effects, and overall health and well-being.

Oversee the enhancement and efficiency of retail pharmacy operations, with a focus on driving the promotion and inventory management of wellness products and cosmetics.

Provide outstanding customer service to foster and sustain positive patient relationships throughout the community.

Utilize social media and digital channels to amplify the pharmacy’s online presence and foster greater community health awareness.

Oversee inventory levels to ensure optimal stock, uphold proper storage protocols for pharmaceutical products, and maintain accurate documentation.

Seeking a candidate with a minimum of five years of experience in a similar role, along with a proven track record in project management and exceptional communication skills. Proficiency in industry-specific software and tools is essential, along with the ability to work well under pressure. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required, and advanced certifications are a plus. The ideal applicant will demonstrate strong leadership qualities and the capacity to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Earned a Bachelor of Pharmacy (B. Pharm) or Doctor of Pharmacy (Harm.D) degree.

A current and valid pharmacist license permitting active practice is required.

Preferred candidates will have prior experience in a community pharmacy setting.

Clinical expertise is essential, complemented by outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities to ensure exceptional patient interactions.

Demonstrates exceptional attention to detail and the capacity to operate autonomously with minimal oversight.

Proficiency in wellness products, cosmetics, and retail pharmacy operations is particularly beneficial.

Proficiency in digital tools and a strong command of social media platforms provide a competitive edge.

Proximity to the pharmacy site is strongly favored.
