ExCare Health is in search of a proactive and inventive Pharmacist committed to enhancing sales performance, ensuring the provision of exceptional pharmaceutical services, and contributing to the financial success of our retail pharmacy division.
The position integrates outstanding clinical proficiency with strategic business insight and robust operational management capabilities.
Oversee and execute critical duties encompassing a wide range of operational and strategic tasks to ensure seamless business functions. Lead and manage cross-functional teams to drive project completion, innovation, and efficiency improvements. Develop and implement comprehensive policies, procedures, and performance metrics to enhance productivity and align with organizational objectives. Collaborate closely with senior leadership to identify growth opportunities, mitigate risks, and optimize resource allocation. Serve as a primary liaison between departments, fostering clear communication, alignment, and synergy to achieve collective goals.
Accurately verify prescriptions and deliver patient counseling to promote safe and effective medication utilization.
Redesign and oversee the pharmacy’s physical arrangement to optimize the accessibility and placement of medications and related products.
Manage inventory flow to ensure products are safeguarded against deterioration, depletion, and expiration.
Lead the strategic marketing and execution of pharmacy services, such as expedited health assessments.
Drive revenue growth, enhance category performance, and boost branch profitability by implementing innovative strategies and customer-centric initiatives.
To remain at the forefront of the healthcare industry, engage in ongoing education and collaborate with peers to stay informed of emerging trends and technological advancements.
Guarantee strict adherence to all applicable regulatory, legal, and professional practice requirements.
Requirements
Earned a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, demonstrating comprehensive academic preparation in pharmaceutical sciences.
Holds an active pharmacist license in good standing.
Proficient in utilizing Microsoft Office applications and pharmacy information systems.
Professional integrity, a patient-centered mindset, and exceptional communication abilities are essential.
