We seek a skilled Medical Administrative Assistant to oversee and streamline the operational functions of our medical facility.

You will be responsible for maintaining the seamless operation of our medical facility by meticulously completing administrative duties promptly and efficiently.
Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive patient interviews to gather detailed case histories in advance of scheduled appointments.
Revise and manage patients’ medical records to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Provide support to patients in completing their initial documentation requirements.
Schedule and manage appointments to ensure optimal organization and efficiency within the workflow, aligning with team priorities and individual availability.
Process insurance claims in adherence to all applicable legal and regulatory standards, ensuring full compliance throughout each stage of the evaluation and settlement process.
Employ medical software solutions to facilitate and oversee all transactional processes.
Oversee accounts receivable and payable functions while ensuring accurate maintenance of financial records.
Respond to patient inquiries while upholding exceptional customer service standards.
Work collaboratively with physicians and nursing staff to facilitate medical examinations, coordinate diagnostic testing, and procure necessary supplies.
Ensure adherence to established procedures at all times to maintain organizational standards and regulatory requirements.
Stay abreast of developments in medical and insurance regulatory frameworks to ensure ongoing compliance and informed decision-making.
