Summary

The Sales & Business Development Manager plays a pivotal role in accelerating revenue growth, broadening market reach, and deepening customer engagement across all sales channels.

The ideal candidate will spearhead the creation and implementation of sales strategies, uncover new business prospects, cultivate key customer partnerships, and guarantee the attainment of sales targets and profitability goals.

Oversee and execute core duties encompassing strategic planning, team leadership, and project management, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and performance metrics to drive operational efficiency and accountability. Collaborate with cross-functional departments to streamline workflows, resolve complex challenges, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Monitor financial performance, resource allocation, and risk management to sustain long-term growth and profitability. Act as a liaison between senior management and staff, communicating directives, feedback, and progress updates transparently.

Lead, coach, and inspire the sales team to meet both individual and team performance targets with consistency and excellence. Develop and communicate clear performance expectations, track progress diligently, deliver constructive feedback routinely, and cultivate an environment where high performance thrives.

Branch Performance Management involves conducting scheduled branch visits to evaluate sales performance, customer interaction quality, operational efficiency, and compliance with established company standards.

As part of your role, you will focus on business development and market expansion by proactively identifying and capitalizing on new opportunities, forming strategic partnerships, and establishing effective distribution channels to drive sustainable growth. Your responsibilities will also include cultivating and nurturing strong relationships with major customers, distributors, and key stakeholders, while consistently evaluating and pursuing avenues to strengthen the company’s market position and reach.

Monitor product sales performance across all locations, identifying trends and addressing underperforming items through strategic initiatives. Proactively develop and implement sales and promotional strategies to enhance product visibility, drive accelerated sales growth, and ensure efficient inventory turnover, thereby optimizing overall product performance.

Enhancing customer relationships is a key priority, achieved through the cultivation of customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty by delivering outstanding experiences at every interaction point.

Actively engage in and contribute to brand activations, promotional events, trade shows, community engagements, product launches, and customer-focused initiatives to strengthen brand visibility and create new sales opportunities.

Analyzing sales performance, market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities, you will deliver data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions. Your responsibilities include compiling and presenting regular sales and business development reports that clearly showcase performance outcomes and actionable recommendations, fostering sustainable growth.

Collaborate effectively with Marketing, Operations, Finance, Inventory, Customer Service, and Human Resources teams to align business objectives and drive the successful execution of growth initiatives.

Seeking a candidate with a minimum of five years of experience in [specific field], preferably with expertise in [relevant skill].
