The Regional Store Coordinator will collaborate closely with the operations team in Nigeria to guarantee the organization maintains sufficient capacity for establishing new business units and scaling existing operations within the region.

What you would be expected to do
Oversee warehouse inventory operations, documenting incoming goods and monitoring stock levels at the regional warehouse.
Collaborate with external logistics providers to ensure timely and undamaged delivery of goods to Sun King retail locations.
To guarantee that all shipments dispatched to Sun King Stores are executed in the most economical manner, we will collaborate with third-party logistics providers who are contracted with the Company.
Responsible for conducting regular, systematic scanning of Sun King inventory to track movement accurately, ensuring all items are logged upon entry and exit.
Facilitate seamless communication and collaboration with the central warehouse to ensure timely and accurate receipt of inventory.
Report any discrepancies, theft, or loss of inventory at the regional warehouse without delay to ensure accurate tracking and resolution.
Compile a weekly inventory status report detailing the available stock across all regional shops, ensuring the document is accessible to the Country Store manager.
Ensure regional store executives maintain the stability and reputation of their stores by verifying adherence to all legal requirements.
Maintain proper shop etiquette and cleanliness standards across all shops within the designated region.
Collect and process all defective items returned by retail locations, subsequently arranging their transportation back to the corporate headquarters for evaluation and resolution.
Conduct monthly or quarterly physical inventory counts at the retail stores.
Sun King Store Executives (SSE’s) in each region must adhere to established processes to ensure compliance and operational consistency.
The regional team members must have a comprehensive understanding of the specific duties and responsibilities associated with their roles.
Verify the precision of weekly inventory and marketing reports for the region, then consolidate and forward the findings to the headquarters operations team.
Experienced professionals are responsible for providing on-site training to store sales employees (SSE’s) based on operational requirements.
Cover temporary absences of SSE’s due to personal or medical leave.
Follow up on any discrepancies involving stock losses or unexplained variances within the store. Initiate police reports through SSE’s when appropriate, ensuring thorough documentation of incidents.

A recognized institution must confer a Bachelor’s degree or Higher Diploma in Supply Chain Management or a related field.
Possess a minimum of two years of progressively responsible experience in procurement, supply chain management, or inventory oversight within a multinational corporate setting.
Exhibits strong decision-making abilities along with proficiency in interpersonal relations, articulate communication, compelling presentations, and clear reporting.
Results-driven professional capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining high productivity standards.
You must thrive in collaborative settings and exhibit strong interpersonal skills to cultivate and sustain productive relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Proficient in utilizing advanced computer applications, including Microsoft Excel, with a high level of expertise.
Professional Experience:
Demonstrated expertise in utilizing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and various inventory management applications.
