About the Role
The Regional Sales Systems Manager – Africa will spearhead the development and implementation of sales systems strategies throughout MSI’s Africa region, ensuring seamless alignment with commercial expansion, performance tracking, and data-informed decision-making processes.
This position oversees the regional sales systems’ ecosystem, championing standardization, scalability, and seamless integration across markets. It guarantees that systems, processes, and data remain aligned with MSI’s commercial strategy while driving their active adoption to enhance sales performance, conversion rates, and operational efficiency.
As a pivotal regional leader, the incumbent drives the adoption of superior systems and rigorous sales methodologies among country programs, distributors, and cross-functional teams. This position is responsible for ensuring data precision (exceeding 95%), establishing and monitoring key performance indicators, and maintaining real-time oversight of commercial performance throughout the region.

Experienced professionals with a minimum of six to eight years in sales operations, systems implementation, and CRM/SFA management are required. Proficiency in commercial CRM ecosystems, including Salesforce, Dynamics, HubSpot, and Saneforce, is essential for this role.
Seasoned in aligning and implementing systems across diverse international markets or geographic areas.
Individuals should possess hands-on experience collaborating with sales teams or holding field-based sales positions.
Demonstrated success in enhancing sales results by implementing or optimizing systems and processes.
Proven track record in spearheading data accuracy enhancement projects. Demonstrates expertise in leading initiatives aimed at improving the reliability and precision of organizational data.
