Compile and update the absenteeism tracking records in Excel to ensure accuracy and accessibility of data.
Facilitate the complete and prompt finalization of all employee settlements within three business days following their resignation.
Ensure all necessary paperwork and formal procedures are completed accurately, including clearance forms and exit formalities, as required.
Able to cultivate productive working relationships with key stakeholders and consistently meet established expectations.
