Qualifications and Experience Requirements:
A minimum of three years of relevant experience in a comparable role is mandatory. Proficiency in industry-standard software tools and applications is required. Strong analytical abilities and meticulous attention to detail are essential. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary. A bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred, though equivalent experience may be considered. Familiarity with regulatory standards and compliance protocols is highly advantageous. Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment is required.
A recognized institution must confer a Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, Building Technology, Civil Engineering, Estate Management, or an equivalent discipline.
Professional registration with the Quantity Surveyors Registration Board of Nigeria (QSRBN) is mandatory for this position.
Membership of the Nigerian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (NILS) is strongly preferred.
Professional certifications in project management, construction management, procurement, or contract administration are highly beneficial.
Proficiency in housing development, real estate ventures, and social housing programs will be considered beneficial.
With a minimum of five to ten years of hands-on experience in quantity surveying, cost management, and construction project administration, the ideal candidate will bring substantial expertise to this role.
Experienced in real estate ventures, infrastructure initiatives, or expansive development projects, with a proven track record of success.
