A recognized institution must award a Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, Building Technology, Civil Engineering, Estate Management, or a comparable field.
Membership in the Quantity Surveyors Registration Board of Nigeria (QSRBN) is a mandatory prerequisite for this role.
Membership in the Nigerian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (NILS) is strongly preferred.
Professional certifications in project management, construction management, procurement, or contract administration are advantageous.
A background in housing development, real estate projects, and social housing initiatives would be advantageous.
With a minimum of five to ten years of hands-on experience in quantity surveying, cost management, and construction project administration, you will bring a proven track record of success to this role.
Proven track record in executing real estate ventures, infrastructure initiatives, or large-scale development projects is required.
