Oversee a comprehensive range of duties encompassing strategic planning, resource allocation, and operational execution to achieve organizational objectives. Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and alignment with company goals. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and performance metrics to enhance efficiency and productivity. Monitor progress through regular reporting, analyzing key performance indicators to drive data-informed decision-making. Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement while maintaining compliance with regulatory and industry standards.

Perform comprehensive market research to uncover potential selling opportunities and assess customer requirements.

Pursue fresh sales prospects by initiating contact via cold calls, cultivating professional relationships, and leveraging social media platforms to generate leads.

Arrange appointments with prospective clients, attentively addressing their preferences and addressing any issues they may have.

Craft and execute tailored presentations highlighting the key features and benefits of products and services to engage and inform target audiences effectively.

Prepare regular assessments and reports using sales and financial data to track performance and identify trends.

Guarantee that inventory is consistently maintained at levels sufficient for both sales transactions and product demonstrations.

Represent the organization at industry trade shows, conferences, and exhibitions to enhance brand visibility and foster business relationships.

Proactively engage in deal negotiations and finalize agreements while addressing and resolving customer complaints or objections to ensure satisfaction.

Partner with colleagues to enhance collective performance and drive superior outcomes.

Collect client or potential client input and relay the findings to relevant internal stakeholders.

Must hold a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a related field, with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools is necessary. Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills are essential. Familiarity with industry standards and best practices is mandatory. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment is required. A commitment to continuous learning and professional development is highly valued.

A bachelor’s degree (B.Sc.) or higher national diploma (HND) in Marketing, Business Administration, or a closely aligned discipline is required.

A minimum of two years of demonstrated experience as a Sales Executive is required, with a strong preference for candidates who have worked in the automotive industry.

Proficient with a high command of the English language.

Proficient in utilizing the full suite of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, with a strong emphasis on productivity and efficiency in document creation, data analysis, and presentation development.

Proficiency in utilizing customer relationship management (CRM) systems is advantageous.

A comprehensive grasp of marketing strategies and negotiation methodologies is essential.

Demonstrates an aptitude for quick learning and possesses a strong enthusiasm for sales, driving results through proactive engagement and continuous development.

Results-oriented and proactive, with a strong drive to achieve measurable outcomes.

Skilled in crafting and delivering visually compelling presentations.
