MAIN FUNCTIONS

Accountable for the execution of the Project Quality Plan within the designated scope of work.

Deliver comprehensive training programs tailored to essential personnel.

Develop Surveillance Plans and implement continuous monitoring and auditing to guarantee the effective execution of Surveillance Programs.

Report any quality concerns, current progress, and performance metrics, sharing any valuable insights gained with the Project Management team to enhance future initiatives.

Oversee initiatives aimed at addressing quality concerns and enhancing quality-related processes.

May temporarily assume the responsibilities of either Procurement Quality Coordinator (PQC) or Site Quality Coordinator (SQC) until a permanent assignment is made.

The position involves executing a range of duties and responsibilities essential to the role. Key tasks include managing project timelines, coordinating team efforts, and ensuring adherence to organizational standards. Additionally, the role requires analyzing data to identify trends, preparing comprehensive reports, and communicating findings to stakeholders. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is crucial to achieving departmental objectives and driving continuous improvement. The ideal candidate must demonstrate proficiency in relevant software tools, strong analytical abilities, and exceptional organizational skills to fulfill these responsibilities effectively.

Foster a culture of quality excellence across the entire project lifecycle, ensuring adherence to established standards and continuous improvement initiatives at every stage.

The team will be responsible for establishing and effectively implementing robust control processes within the subproject Project Team (PT) in accordance with the Project Plan and the Project Quality Plan.

Ensure the Contractor adheres to the Quality program and meets all project requirements through diligent oversight of implementation.

Responsibilities include evaluating and endorsing the Contractor’s Quality organization, while also overseeing the performance of essential Quality Assurance (QA) personnel to ensure adherence to established standards and procedures.

Review the Contractor’s standard contract and purchase order quality requirements’ language for compliance with established standards. Ensure all specified quality criteria are clearly defined and accurately reflected in the relevant documentation. Verify that the language aligns with contractual obligations and meets the necessary quality assurance benchmarks.

Review and endorse the Contractor’s Quality Plan along with the Inspection and Test Plans (Its), ensuring compliance with established standards and project specifications.

Conduct regular, scheduled evaluations of the Contractor’s operations to assess and oversee the proper execution of their Quality Management systems.

Engage in the thorough assessment and verification process for proposed Subcontractors or Suppliers to ensure they meet established qualification criteria.

Ensure that the Contractor’s surveillance efforts align with the Criticality Ratings established for each task or system.

Review the Contractor’s quality audit schedule, oversee the Contractor’s audit program, and take part in specific audits as necessary.

Develop and evaluate the Quality Plan for essential equipment and materials in collaboration with the Procurement Quality Coordinator (PQC).

The Contractor must deliver accurate and comprehensive reporting in strict accordance with the terms outlined in the contract.

Oversee the implementation and conduct audits of the PT Procurement and Construction Surveillance Programs to ensure adherence to established protocols and compliance with regulatory standards.

Deliver comprehensive quality training programs tailored to specific requirements as needed.

Develop and oversee the subproject Audit Schedule, perform on-site audits across subprojects, and provide support to the Quality Manager in executing project audits as required.

Analyze data collected from engineering, procurement, and construction sites, evaluating key performance indicators to pinpoint challenges and facilitate their resolution.

Aid in the identification and selection of Statistical Quality Control (SQC) personnel while providing support to sites in the recruitment of inspectors.

Oversee the Procurement and Construction Surveillance Programs in the interim period until the designated coordinator, such as the PQC or SQC, assumes the role.

Evaluate and support the enhancement of the Quality section within site close-out reports as needed.

Provide guidance and updates to both the Project Manager and Quality Manager regarding quality-related concerns, current project status, and performance metrics.

Implement all established best practices and company lessons learned while actively identifying and disseminating any emerging insights in accordance with organizational requirements.

Seeking a candidate with a solid educational background in computer science, engineering, or a related field, complemented by professional experience in software development, project management, or a closely related discipline. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++ is essential, along with expertise in database management, system architecture, or cloud computing platforms. Strong problem-solving abilities, analytical thinking, and meticulous attention to detail are required. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. The ability to adapt to evolving technologies and industry trends is a must, as is a commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.

Proficiency in overseeing quality assurance and control processes for on-site construction and completions operations is essential. Candidates must demonstrate prior hands-on experience in the inspection and verification of field-based construction and completion projects to ensure adherence to established standards and specifications.

A Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Engineering or a scientific discipline is highly desirable.

Professional certifications in relevant technical disciplines aligned with the candidate’s professional background and experience.

Able to undertake domestic and international business travel as needed to deliver on-site support at project locations.

Professionals with a proven track record in Quality Management are sought, having led quality-related initiatives across diverse Oil and Gas sector projects. The role demands expertise in coordinating quality assurance and control activities, ensuring adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements throughout project lifecycles.

Proven expertise in overseeing and maintaining project quality management systems is essential.

Demonstrates a robust background in assessing and evaluating quality management systems, with a deep understanding of compliance requirements and best practices in auditing methodologies.

With extensive engagement in production facility projects, the ideal candidate will possess a global perspective on working with contractors and suppliers.

Experience with client-facing responsibilities on significant production facility projects is advantageous.

Demonstrated proficiency in managing project completions and producing comprehensive documentation required for operations turnover is essential.

Auditing and inspection-related qualifications or certifications are advantageous.
