Responsibilties
Accurately interpret and dispense optical prescriptions with precision and attention to detail.
Provide guidance to patients in choosing appropriate eyewear, considering their prescription requirements, daily activities, and financial constraints.
Capture precise facial and lens/frame fitting measurements to ensure optimal alignment and comfort for each client.
Inspect, service, and ensure the proper functioning of eyeglasses and optical accessories through adjustments, repairs, and routine maintenance.
Provide patients with detailed information about various lens options, including different coatings, contact lenses, and best practices for eyewear maintenance.
Handle sales transactions efficiently while ensuring patient records are meticulously updated and accurate.
Thoroughly oversee and maintain accurate inventory levels for frames, lenses, and accessory components to support operational efficiency and meet customer demand.
Address customer concerns and provide effective solutions with a high level of professionalism.
Ensure the optical dispensing area remains consistently clean, orderly, and well-maintained at all times.
Collaborate effectively with the Optometrist and other team members to maintain high standards of patient care.
Track inventory levels to identify items requiring replenishment, promptly escalating any shortages to management for resolution.
Maintain adherence to established company policies and optical standards.
