Our client is in search of a meticulous and results-oriented individual to fill the position with Quality Control Associate within its Production team. This position functions as the critical final inspection stage in the manufacturing workflow, guaranteeing that every garment adheres to the company’s stringent quality benchmarks before release.

The successful applicant will conduct thorough product inspections, promptly identify any defects, and actively contribute to enhancing production quality through ongoing improvements.

Oversee and execute a diverse array of critical duties, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and operational excellence. Develop, implement, and monitor strategic initiatives to enhance productivity, efficiency, and overall performance. Collaborate cross-functionally with teams to streamline processes, resolve challenges, and drive continuous improvement. Prepare and present detailed reports, analyses, and recommendations to senior leadership to inform data-driven decision-making. Maintain strict adherence to compliance standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies while fostering a culture of accountability and professionalism.

Performing meticulous examinations of garments throughout each production phase, evaluating their stitching, finishing quality, sizing accuracy, and overall structural integrity.

Responsibilities include detecting and documenting defects, including fabric damage, irregular dye patterns, incorrect trims, substandard craftsmanship, and missing labels.

Responsibilities include overseeing dyed fabrics to verify alignment with approved color and pattern specifications.

Promptly alerting the dye and production teams to any identified issues to facilitate timely corrections.

Responsible for meticulously documenting quality assurance data, including inspection results, identified defects, and compliance metrics to ensure comprehensive traceability and adherence to established standards.

You will compile and distribute periodic reports that emphasize persistent challenges and production patterns.

Delivering prompt feedback to tailors, dyers, and production personnel enables swift resolution of quality-related issues.

You will assist in resolving technical issues and propose corrective actions to mitigate recurring defects, ensuring sustained improvements in quality.

Conducting meticulous inspections to verify that garments are fully pressed, correctly labelled, and securely packaged in strict adherence to brand specifications.

Seeking to leverage analytical skills to uncover avenues for process enhancement, thereby elevating both production efficiency and quality standards.

Executing additional tasks and responsibilities to bolster overall production activities as needed.

Person Specifications

A minimum of a bachelor’s degree, Higher National Diploma (HND), or an equivalent professional qualification is required.

A minimum of five years of professional experience is required.

A minimum of three years of professional experience in a production capacity within the fashion or manufacturing sector is required.

Demonstrates meticulous attention to detail and keen observational abilities.

Maintains strong documentation and reporting skills to ensure clarity and accuracy in all communications.

Proficient in conveying information clearly and collaborating effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.

Accomplished ability to analyze complex situations and develop innovative solutions through structured problem-solving methodologies.

Demonstrated capacity to perform effectively in high-pressure environments while consistently delivering results within established deadlines.
