Job Summary

The Production Officer will provide support to the production department, contributing to its operational activities and ensuring smooth workflow execution.

Oversee a diverse range of critical tasks, including the management of daily operations, ensuring adherence to established policies and procedures, and maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency. Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance productivity and drive organizational growth, while fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. Serve as a key liaison between departments, facilitating seamless communication and coordination to achieve shared objectives. Monitor performance metrics and key indicators to identify areas for improvement, implementing corrective actions as needed to optimize outcomes. Lead and mentor a high-performing team, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities to cultivate talent and maximize individual and collective potential.

Assist with the assembly and packaging of products to ensure they are ready for distribution.

Operate fundamental production machinery in strict adherence to established safety and sanitation guidelines.

Ensure the production area remains sanitary and well-organized in compliance with food safety regulations.

Properly and efficiently label and store completed products to maintain organization and accessibility.

Provide support in the execution of deliveries, the loading of goods, or the organization and oversight of store supplies as required.

Requirements

Minimum educational requirement includes SSC or OND qualification.

Demonstrates meticulous attention to detail and a steadfast dedication to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.

Demonstrated capability to adhere to established guidelines and collaborate effectively within a team environment.

Candidates should possess relevant qualifications, such as a degree in finance, accounting, or actuarial science, along with experience in pension management or a related field.

Employees are entitled to a 13th-month salary as part of their compensation package.
