As an ICT Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer, your responsibility will involve verifying that software applications and computer systems adhere to stringent performance, reliability, and security benchmarks. You will develop comprehensive testing methodologies, identify system defects, and work closely with development teams to address issues prior to product release.
Oversee and execute critical operational duties to ensure seamless business functionality, including managing team performance, driving project milestones, and maintaining high standards of efficiency across departments. Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance productivity, streamline processes, and foster innovation within the organization. Monitor key performance indicators to assess progress, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as needed. Collaborate closely with senior leadership to align operational goals with broader company objectives, ensuring cohesive and sustainable growth. Maintain compliance with industry regulations and internal policies while upholding a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement.
Design and implement thorough test plans, test cases, and test scripts—encompassing both manual and automated methodologies—to ensure robust quality assurance.
You will be responsible for identifying, documenting, and monitoring software defects or performance issues by utilizing tracking systems such as Jira.
Ensure that all ICT systems strictly adhere to established internal policies, recognized industry standards, and applicable regulatory mandates.
Partner with software developers and other cross-functional teams to jointly investigate the root causes of issues, ensuring fixes are thoroughly verified before launch.
Performance testing entails assessing system performance, load-bearing capacity, and integrity across diverse operational conditions.
