Review and authenticate Material Test Certificates (MTCs) and conduct Positive Material Identification (PMI) to ensure asset integrity.
Prepare Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) by analyzing discrepancies, determining underlying root causes, and overseeing the full completion of Corrective and Preventive Actions (Caps).
Prepare, verify, and approve quality documentation associated with acquired products and services to ensure compliance with established standards.
Conduct routine assessments of site, facility, and supplier operations to ensure adherence to quality standards and compliance requirements.
Seeking a candidate with a minimum of three years of experience in a related field, proficiency in specific software tools, and a bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline. The ideal applicant will demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to work independently as well as collaboratively. Familiarity with industry standards and compliance regulations is a must, along with a proven track record of meeting deadlines and managing multiple priorities. With a minimum of seven years of leadership experience in quality control roles within onshore and offshore oil and gas environments, you will ensure adherence to stringent industry standards and operational protocols.
Hold an undergraduate degree in Mechanical, Metallurgical, or Materials Engineering, or possess an equivalent qualification in a related field.
Acquaints oneself with applicable ASHE, API, and ISO standards, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and best practices in project execution.
An ideal candidate will possess ISO 9001:2015 Auditor certification, along with ASCII or AUNT Level II credentials.
