The Programs Officer will oversee the strategic planning, coordination, implementation, and evaluation of all programs and projects under the RIO Foundation. Seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant with exceptional communication skills to support senior management. The ideal candidate must possess a minimum of five years of relevant experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving abilities, discretion in handling confidential information, and a proactive approach to task completion are essential. Excellent time management, interpersonal skills, and a commitment to maintaining a high level of professionalism are required. A bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications, or a related field is preferred. Familiarity with executive-level calendar management and travel coordination is a plus.
