We seek a committed and strategic Program Officer to join Reconnect HDI and play a key role in advancing our mission.
The Program Officer will be instrumental in overseeing the end-to-end execution of donor-funded projects, ensuring their punctual completion, strict adherence to allocated budgets, and attainment of maximum positive impact for the communities we serve.
This role seeks a dynamic officer skilled in engaging with community leaders at the grassroots level, conducting field visits, and compiling comprehensive reports for institutional donors.

Program implementation and field management entail overseeing the execution of initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, and maintaining operational efficiency in real-world applications. Provide support in the implementation of project activities on a daily basis, adhering to the established framework and approved work plans.
Conduct frequent on-site assessments at project sites to monitor advancement, interact directly with beneficiaries, and verify the appropriateness of interventions within the given context.
Conduct and oversee training programs, workshops, and capacity-building activities for local implementing partners and community members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
This role focuses on overseeing the administration of grants and ensuring adherence to donor requirements and compliance standards. It involves monitoring funded projects, verifying financial reporting accuracy, and maintaining transparent communication with donors regarding fund utilization and outcomes. Key responsibilities include evaluating grant proposals, tracking expenditures, and ensuring all activities align with regulatory guidelines and donor agreements. The position demands meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines while upholding accountability and integrity in all financial and programmatic activities.
Assist with program budget management, track burn rates, and verify that all expenditures adhere to internal policies and stringent donor requirements.
Collaborate in organizing and tracking the attendance records of team members.
Compile reports and verify that staff meet all programmatic and financial reporting requirements.
Seeking candidates with a relevant degree in [specified field] or a minimum of [X years] of hands-on experience in [related industry/profession].
